Brad is amazing. Case and point. While I was attending graduate school, he was doing all he could to support our little family of two. Logan didn't have the best market for "career"-esk jobs but throughout the 20 months we lived there after getting married, he consistently was applying and interviewing for jobs. He received many great job offers that would have taken him out of the city or state for weeks at a time which we decided would not be good for us at this particular time. Once we moved down to Salt Lake and then up to Layton we thought he'd have better luck with finding a job since we were closer to a bigger city, and Brad showed the same dedication and desire to find something that he would enjoy and that would be appropriate for our family right now. He has shown tremendous patience and faith throughout this whole experience. It would have been really easy to become discouraged and bitter.
Fortunately, lady luck has smiled on us :) Over the last few weeks, Brad has been interviewing with a company that does international importing and exporting for the government, agriculture companies, and the LDS Church humanitarian program. This last Thursday, they offered him the job which he is extremely ecstatic about!! Throughout the last two years, this was the first time I ever heard him say "I really want to this job." Another "perk" is that it's only about a 4 minute drive from our home, lucky dog!! I am very proud and excited for this new experience for him, he is going to be AWESOME!!
