William's G-pa and Nana [Brad's parents] came out to visit from Maine at the end of February. It was fun to see Will recognize them more easily and truly develop a relationship with them. They came out for a "low-key" trip but if you know the Dalton's, their "low-key" is everyone elses "fast-paced, action-packed trip." :) During their week long adventure, we joined in on a trip up to Logan to visit Uncle George and Aunt Joyce [who don't look like they've aged ever since I met them 6 years ago], walked around the Layton mall [which is always a treat for the Maine-ards since the closest mall for them is about an hour away], went to the Jazz vs. Nets game, enjoyed the wonderful weather to run/play tennis/golf/have an epic badminton tournament [yes, they created their own bracket and spent 30 minutes discussing it on our most recent Skype session yesterday, haahha (I love this family!!)], played Settlers of Catan/cards/a soccer game at the church, and went snowboarding and skiing.
It was nice to all cram together in our little house and spend the time with one another. These visits create such great memories, we can't wait for more!!
